Senior Finance Executive (Property Developer)
A public listed property devleloper is looking for a career minded senior finance executive to be part of their team. You will be reporting directly to the GM of finance.
Main responsibilities of the Senior Finance Executive
- Checking and ensuring accurate completion and timely of financial statement
- Oversee the preparation of monthly financial statements including review and verification to ensure accuracy and compliance with Group policies and reporting requirements.
- Liaising with auditors, company secretary, GST and tax consultants
- Manage day to day operations of Accounts Department
- Preparation and analysis of company’s account and management reports
Key requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Experience in property/construction industry is an added advantage
• Able to work independently and have a good eye for details
