Senior Finance Executive (Property Developer)

A public listed property developer in PJ s looking for a career minded senior finance executive to be part of their team. You will be reporting directly to the assistant finance manager of the team.

Main responsibilities of the Senior Finance Executive

• Checking and ensuring accurate completion and timely of financial statement
  
  
• Oversee the preparation of monthly financial statements including review and verification to ensure accuracy and compliance with Group policies and reporting requirements.
  
  
• Liaising with auditors, company secretary, GST and tax consultants
  
  
• Manage day to day operations of Accounts Department
  
  
• Preparation and analysis of company’s account and management reports

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

• Experience in property/construction industry
