About the Role
The Customer Engagement Executive will collaborate with brand teams to design and execute omnichannel marketing strategies. This role involves planning, tracking, and optimizing digital campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of brand and customer strategies to align digital marketing efforts.
- Work with brand teams to analyze customer segments, behaviors, and preferences for personalized campaigns.
- Design and execute structured customer journeys across digital channels.
- Track, monitor, and analyze campaign performance to optimize marketing impact.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience: 1-2 years in marketing or digital marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Skills:
- Experience in content strategy and digital campaign execution.
- Familiarity with IQVIA OCE Marketing/Salesforce is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical regulations.
