• Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring adherence to time lines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, including cost forecasting and financial reporting. Implement cost-saving strategies where possible.
• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and overall project delivery.
• Supervise and mentor project teams, including Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Engineers, and other key personnel.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure all work complies with industry safety standards and company policies.
• Oversee quality control processes, ensuring that all work meets the required specifications and standards. Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
• Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and any necessary adjustments.

skills & experience required

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management/Project Management/Engineering or any relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role
• Proficiency in construction management software, and strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Deep understanding of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
