• Supplier Management: Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery requirements; foster long-term partnerships and lead performance reviews.
• Contract Negotiation & Management: Negotiate contracts in compliance with legal standards; draft, review, and manage supplier agreements while mitigating risk and ensuring compliance.
• Tax & Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with Western tax regulations (VAT, withholding tax); collaborate with finance and legal teams for accurate tax calculations and reporting.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand procurement needs; act as liaison between local and global teams to align with business goals.
