about the job

• Manage and update licenses, tenancy agreements, insurance, and related matters.
• Liaise with solicitors, councils, and store managers for documentation.
• Coordinate with finance on billing, payments, and inquiries.
• Negotiate rental and tenancy terms.
• Attend store openings, mall events, and appointments.
• Build relationships with landlords, developers, investors, and bankers, and negotiate on behalf of the company.
• Ensure store openings stay on schedule with internal and external coordination.

about the manager/team

• A Bachelor's degree in retail/property management, real estate, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, with exposure to retail leasing, strategic expansion, and store development (e.g., new builds, renovations).
• Strong network with developers, landlords, and retail property owners.
• Solid understanding of laws, rules, and regulations in the retail fashion industry.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed.
