about the job
- Lead and develop a team to grow the company’s parking business, both domestically and internationally.
- Oversee expansion plans, review potential sites, and conduct feasibility studies to identify target locations.
- Maintain an updated database of site proposals, valuations, and relevant information.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including car park sites and related services, while managing essential business development materials.
- Acquire and manage new sites to achieve corporate targets and maximize sales and profits.
- Implement a KPI and performance-based reward system for the team.
- Promote and enhance the company’s corporate identity across all sites and marketing channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, car park and building owners, management companies, and authorities.
- Develop partnerships, schedule meetings, and create business strategies.
- Deliver pitches, presentations, and demonstrations to clients and management.
- Secure and finalize contracts for managing and acquiring new car park sites.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, new developments, car park tenders, competitors, and technologies.
- Analyze business reports to understand market challenges and competitors, and propose improvement strategies to management.
skills and experience required
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Estate Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales & marketing, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding expectations or KPIs.
- 3-5 years of experience in the car park industry is a plus.
- Ability to analyze and process data into statistical and business reports.
- Willing to travel to identify new business opportunities.
