The Senior Brand Manager will develop and execute brand strategies, ensuring strong market positioning and consumer engagement. This role involves managing marketing campaigns, overseeing influencer and media collaborations, and driving product launches to enhance brand awareness and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Marketing Execution: Drive brand activities, including creative development, influencer partnerships, media planning, and trade marketing.
- Campaign & Product Launches: Execute marketing plans for new product innovations and category campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Media & Communication: Work with agencies on digital content, social media scheduling, and ATL/BTL activities. Manage A&P spend to optimize brand visibility.
- Budget & Performance Tracking: Monitor A&P budgets, track sales performance, and ensure all marketing activities align with business objectives.
- Market Research & Consumer Insights: Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to refine brand strategies and drive category growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, supply chain, and finance, to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 6-7 years in consumer brand marketing, preferably in FMCG or sports nutrition.
- Skills:
- Strong project management and strategic planning abilities.
- Experience in influencer marketing and digital media campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
