about the job
- Managing day-to-day accounting operations.
- Assist in preparing full set of accounts during month-end and year-end closing.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation, analysis and reporting of monthly accounting.
- Ensure timely and accurate expense tracking, payment processing and payment receipt.
- Responsible for controlling the company cash flow and updating the Manager promptly.
- Ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly.
- Maintain complete updated intercompany records in the system.
- Handle Fixed Assets management and depreciation for the company.
- Prepare monthly management reports.
- Assist the Manager in preparing special reports required by the Management.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Senior Accounts Manager, you will be working closely with a team of finance and accounting executives.
skills & experience required
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting. ACCA/CPA is an added advantage.
- Local Malaysian with a minimum of 3 years of experience handling full-set of accounts in a property/construction company.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
