- To develop system solution requirements
- Dealing with stakeholders
- To execute requirements gathering as well as functional requirements.
- To execute change management when required
- To serve as a liaison among business users, other functional & technical consultants as well as business stakeholders.
- To provide 2nd & 3rd level support for HCM module or implementation depends on project needs
- To execute further improvement to the system
- Execute system authorizations in SAP
- Support projects for authorization management and role assignments
- Support projects and incidents for Master Data Management
about the team
You are required to execute business process and analytic reasoning on the SAP application. You will be required to execute the L2 / L3 hands-on support role & configuration skills. They are embarking with S4 HANA Greenfield implementation projects for early next year.
about requirements:
- Those with at least 5 years of SAP HCM / SF experience an added advantage but not compulsary
- Those with good understanding on any of these SAP HCM / SF sub-modules ; Personnel Management/Payroll/Time Management is an added advantage but not compulsary
- Those with exposure in any of these SAP HCM / SF domains ; HCM-Payroll / Time Management / ESS / MSS / PCR / Schema is an added advantage but not compulsary\
- Those with exposure or knoweledge on HR legal requirement / statutory regulation in Korea and India is an added advantage but not compulsary
- Those with at least 1 full cycle end to end SAP implementation is an added advantage but not compulsary
- Those with experience in SAP S4 HANA is an added advantage but not compulsary
- Those with fair capability in ABAP (minor debug / minor code reading ) is an added advantage but not compulsary
- Those with cross functionals on ; MDM / S&A is an added advantage but not compulsary
- Those with experience in manufacturing, automative or aerospace industry is an added advantage but not compulsary
about the salary & benefits
- Only for MALAYSIAN
- up to RM 15,000 can be increased to experienced consultant who already earned more
