- Own and manage the sales pipeline from SQL to deal closure, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Conduct effective client discovery, solutioning, and champion building, leveraging a consultative sales approach to understand and address client needs.
- Apply industry-leading sales methodologies to identify, qualify, and close opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive business value and outcomes.
- Utilise strong analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.
- Work independently and efficiently in a small sales team, demonstrating self-sufficiency and initiative.
about the manager/team
Opportunities to work directly with a Silicon Valley tech advisor who has scaled multiple SaaS unicorns.
about the requirements
- At least 6 years of B2B enterprise technology (consultative) sales experience or equivalent role focusing on deal-closing.
- Experience in construction technology or direct experience working in the construction industry is highly desirable.
- Direct sales experience in a start-up / scale-up is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of success, consistently over-performing against quota.
- Highly driven, highly organised, outcome-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong people skills with excellent communication in English and Mandarin.
