Randstad is partnering with a German based MNC company that specializes in machines for industrial applications. The company is expanding their Sales team and looking for a talented Sales Manager to be part of their growing team.
duties and responsibilities
... - Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;recommending solutions. Responsible for quotation, proposal and closing of orders to prospects.
- Serve as primary liaison of technical, commercial and promotion support of all sales activities.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Liaise with Regional Hub and Germany HQ on project discussions.
- Any other tasks, or project assigned by General Manager
skill and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences or (Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent)
- It is essential that you have worked in an MNC business, ideally within a matrix structure.
- At least 5 years work experience in selling technology-driven capital equipment/machine tooling
- Strong connections in the targeted industries will be a plus (sheet metal fabrication, machine tools, precision engineering, optics & precision laser technology)
