About the Job
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Penang. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing relationships with new and existing clients, and achieving individual sales targets. You will work closely with the sales team to promote and sell the company’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate and close deals while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Attend sales meetings, events, and trade shows to promote the company’s products and services.
Skills & Experience Required
- Has at least 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Demonstrates strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Has experience using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Holds a degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Owns transport and is willing to travel within the assigned territory.
- Is passionate about sales, building relationships, and meeting new clients.
