• Independently identify and develop new applications and accounts aligned with company strategies, focusing on building strong relationships with customers’ engineering, production, and quality teams to improve conversion success rates.
• Deliver presentations, facilitate workshops, and conduct activities such as VAVE, line-walks, and application reviews with customers to fulfill contractual obligations or enhance the company’s product offerings and profitability.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Commercial, and Quality teams on projects, recognizing engineering's supportive role in driving success.
• Analyze and coordinate technical data from suppliers and contractors, reviewing technical drawings with a focus on manufacturing, assembly, functionality, and recyclability requirements.
• Actively contribute to the Engineering community by sharing knowledge, participating in team meetings, and supporting team members.
• Work closely with Quality and Operations teams to ensure timely and effective responses to customer issues.
• Develop in-depth engineering expertise on the company’s products to provide proactive support to customers (OEMs, Contract Manufacturers) and colleagues within the Global Strategic Customer base.
• Continuously enhance professional skills through training in project management, presentation, sales techniques, product knowledge, and design.

the requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales training or experience.
• Availability for regular business travel.
• Extensive business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent planning & organizational skills.
