About the Job
As a Sales Co-ordinator, you will:
- Prepare quotations and project proposals, tailored to customer requirements.
- Process purchase orders and ensure accuracy against quotations and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with production and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Assist in project implementation as per customer specifications.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets and objectives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Skills & Experience Required
We’re looking for someone who:
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Is computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Holds a Degree/Diploma, preferably in the area of electrical, electronics, or a related field.
- Has a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
