About the Job
As a Sales Coordinator, you will:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities by gathering relevant information from potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align telemarketing efforts.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with prospects and customers.
Skills & Experience Required
- Holds a diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Has previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service.
- Has experience using CRM software and handling order processing in a system.
- Possesses strong negotiation and persuasion skills to handle objections and close deals.
- Is able to maintain and build strong customer relationships.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
