What You’ll Do
Engage with leads and existing users of SmartMES to close sales.
Provide regular servicing and support to current customers.
Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and close orders.
Monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
Address customer concerns by investigating issues, proposing solutions, and preparing detailed reports.
Collaborate with organizations like FMM to identify new leads and opportunities.
Stay updated on SmartMES and industry practices to maintain technical expertise.
What We’re Looking For
A Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Computer, Telecommunication, Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science, or a related field.
Business communication and presentation skills are a plus.
Experience with any of the following: MES technologies, CitectScada/Cimplicity, Historian, Siemens/Schneider/GE PLC, or SQL programming is advantageous.
Fresh graduates in relevant fields are encouraged to apply.
