About the Job
As a Sales Admin, you will play a vital role in supporting the Sales Admin Manager and the sales team. This includes organizing meetings, handling phone and email inquiries, assisting with sales reports, tracking sales targets, and maintaining customer information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Admin Manager and sales team.
- Handle phone inquiries, email correspondence, and ensure data accuracy in customer records.
- Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Prepare presentations, conduct research, and assist with sales reports.
- Track sales targets and submit regular progress reports.
- Assist with expense claims and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Manage team coordination and ensure smooth workflow when required.
- Maintain updated customer information and communication records.
Skills & Experience Required
- Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of SAP system is an advantage.
