Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics
Ensure smooth daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
Lead and motivate the team to deliver high performance and meet business goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements

Requirements:

At least 3-5 years of working experience in a managerial position – Assistant Store Manager are welcome to apply
Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage budgets.
