This role will report to the Operations Director and will manage a small team of store managers.
Job Description:
- Negotiate or discuss terms with licensees, such as rent agreements, franchise terms, or operational guidelines.
- Stay on top of industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the beverage offerings
- Provide HQ with input on local market conditions or potential opportunities for growth, new product launches or expansion
- Implement expansion plans, lead or support the role out of the expansion projects, including opening of new locations, hiring staff, and establishing operational systems
- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Streamline operations to ensure efficiency and minimise delays or bottlenecks in beverage preparation and service.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 of experience in retail operations, preferably within the retail F&B industry
- Proven experience in multi-store management, including franchise or company-owned outlets.
- Strong knowledge of sales performance analysis, inventory control, and operational processes.
- Experience in team leadership, staff training, and performance management.
