Randstad is partnering with a well-known International beauty/skincare brand. They are currently looking to hire a Retail Manager (Beauty/Skincare) to join them.

You will need to:

• Drive sales growth across assigned stores by analyzing key metrics, setting targets, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Ensure stores adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures, and visual merchandising guidelines to maintain brand consistency.
• Recruit, train, and mentor Store Managers and retail teams to enhance their skills, engagement, and performance.
• Ensure outstanding service standards by fostering a customer-centric culture, addressing feedback, and implementing initiatives to enhance the shopping experience.
• Work closely with the marketing team for promotional activities, product launches, and in-store events.
• Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
