Randstad is partnering with a well-known group, they are currently looking to hire a Retail GM (beauty) to join them.

You will need to:

Develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth and brand positioning.
Tailoring programs, packages, and services aligned with market trends and customer needs.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Manage financial performance and business matrix, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.
Provide coaching, training, and development to ensure customer service excellence, staff professionalism and etc

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
At least 10-15 years of working experience in wellness, retail or similar industry
Skills: Exceptional knowledge in related industry, leadership, communication and problem solving.
Strong business acumen mindset
