Our client is seeking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (North & East Coast) to join their dynamic team. This position will report to the National Sales Manager (GT). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying market opportunities, managing distributors and ensuring the successful execution of sales plans.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to deliver strong sell-in and sell-out performance vs target of total North and East Coast region, manage and track trade spend and margin to deliver healthy P&L and grow market shares.
- Lead to develop GT region strategy plan, initiate stakeholder buy-in, ensure prompt execution excellence of plans, motivates and track result for further opportunities and/or cause correction.
- Strong leadership skills - Develop and maintain high quality Sales Team as well as inspire and motivate Direct and Indirect Teams to achieve JBP KPIs per KPIs set for the year.
- Develop and track Joint Business Planning (JBP) with Distributor and Key-Customers for short-and long-term business growth and sustainable profitability.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5-8 years of working experience in distributor management in the FMCG industry
- Must possess valid driving license, own transport and willing to travel
