Randstad is partnering with a MNC company that specializes in industrial automation. The company is expanding their Sales team and looking for a talented Regional Sales Manager to be part of their growing team.
duties and responsibilities
- Identify and pursue existing opportunities and new customer opportunities to expand Malaysia and overseas market
- Translate customer requirements into project proposals and quotations
- Collaborate with engineering team to develop project specifications, timelines, costs, and pricing strategies
- Foster and maintain positive working relationships with the team members, channel partners and customers
- Uphold professionalism and integrity in all interactions and dealings
skill and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences or (Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent)
- Proven ability to achieve sales target consistently
- Candidates must have tender and bidding experience
- Sales & Application experience with automation & manufacturing industry
- Excellent communication skills especially in English
- Fast learner and able to comprehend equipment manufacturing & automation
