Reporting to the CMO
This is a newly created position.
Key responsibilities:
- Go to market strategies, market research, latest best marketing practices and consumer research
- To develop marketing strategies and product development based on research
- To ensure other functions are well educated on the company directions and strategy, sales support
- To drive e-commerce sales, by conducting website optimization, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- To manage relationships with external key stakeholders for maximum ROI on trade activities.
- Sales report, post mortems and areas of improvement for better sales performance
skills and experience required
- Tertiary education in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or its equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of marketing experience in FMCG marketing or International Business Development
- Ability to travel internationally
- Babycare industry and international exposure is a plus
