You will be providing essential legal support to our operations across multiple jurisdictions, including reviewing and drafting contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations, mitigating risks, and facilitating business growth.Facilitate in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, including agreements with suppliers, customers, and partners.
- Support the Group Head in deal-focused acquisition transactions, managing day to day legal matters, including NDAs, MOUs, service agreements, employment and HR related agreements.
- Manage and keep records of all corporate secretarial matters, including maintaining corporate books and records, preparing board and shareholder meeting materials, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- Provide timely and practical legal advice to internal stakeholders to support business objectives while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting the data center industry
about the requirements
- Recognised degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
- Minimum of 6 years PQE in a notable legal firm and/ or in-house legal exposure Excellent
- Strong drafting skills and exceptional attention to details
- Analytical, independent, proactive and excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Mandarin to address business needs in China/ Taiwan
