• Sales Goals and Reporting: Achieve or surpass sales objectives, track key performance indicators, and provide progress updates to the Managing Director.
• Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including manufacturers, as well as spare parts dealers and operators.
• Business Development: Identify and connect with potential clients, build a robust pipeline of opportunities, and expand company footprint within the assigned region.
• Technical Support: Offer technical advice and product knowledge to customers, ensuring solutions meet their specific requirements and standards.
• Administrative Duties: Prepare proposals and quotations, respond to customer RFQs, complete necessary documentation, and create and deliver reports as required.
• Market Strategy Implementation: Plan and implement market entry strategies for new territories and customer groups in South East Asia and China, with scope for further expansion based on results and expertise.
• Team Collaboration and Leadership: Potentially supervise an Export Secretary, contingent on experience. Work closely with internal teams, such as Engineering, to relay customer insights and aid in product development.
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other tasks or assignments directed by management.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales training or experience.
• Availability for regular business travel.
• Extensive business-to-business sales experience.
• Excellent planning & organizational skills.
