- Researching candidate profiles for various industries using some of the tools provided
- Lead the recruiting and staffing efforts for a small team of recruiters to acquire top talent for the healthcare industry industry
- Search and contact potential candidates via online social networking such as LinkedIn, Monster.com, and company's database.
- Identifying new business opportunities in the market, and attracting new potential clients by continuously researching and keeping abreast of industry developments
- Reaching out to clients or prospects via different channels, such as emails and Linkedin messages
- Sharing leads and potential business opportunities with the organisation.
