about the job
- Assist in preparing cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, and other expenses.
- Support in developing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Help in preparing and submitting tender documents.
- Evaluate and compare supplier or subcontractor quotations.
- Assist in managing contracts and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Track variations, claims, and contract adjustments.
- Monitor project costs and ensure they stay within the allocated budget.
- Prepare financial reports and cost forecasts.
- Conduct site inspections to verify progress and ensure accurate measurements.
- Collaborate with site teams to resolve discrepancies.

The successful candidate will be reporting to Contract Manager and working a team of Quantity Surveyors.
skills and experience required
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant position.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience are welcome.
- Attention to detail in cost calculations and measurements.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic construction environment.
- Good teamwork and a proactive attitude.
