• Support in developing, implementing, and upkeeping the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001), ensuring alignment with quality goals.
• Carry out internal audits and inspections to verify adherence to QMS and regulatory requirements, coordinating external audits with certification bodies.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for quality processes and ensure accessibility for audits.
• Investigate issues and customer feedback, supporting the execution of corrective and preventive actions.
• Assess product quality through tests and inspections, providing reports and recommending improvements.
• Train staff on quality standards and QMS procedures, ensuring compliance and awareness.
• Recommend and implement initiatives for continuous improvements in quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Compile and present reports on audit outcomes, performance metrics, and CAPA actions to senior leadership.
