About the Company:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of software products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test plans to identify and resolve defects, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Perform manual and automated testing of software applications.
Identify, document, and track software defects.
Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve identified issues.
Conduct regression, functional, integration, and performance testing.
Provide clear and concise bug reports and testing documentation.
Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on product quality.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
Knowledge of bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with performance and load testing.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with scripting languages.
