About the Role
As a Proposal Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing and developing proposals for automation tools and control system / oil & gas projects. You will work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure that proposals align with client requirements while maintaining accuracy and competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and prepare proposals and bid documents for automation and control system / oil & gas projects.
- Collaborate with sales engineers and internal technical teams to ensure proposal accuracy.
- Analyze technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements to create comprehensive proposals.
- Assist in client management by following up on proposal submissions and project discussions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma/Degree in relevant Engineering field.
- Experience in Sales, Pre-Sales Support, Inside Sales, or Proposal Teams is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with internal teams and external clients.
- Good computer skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
