About the Company
Our client is a mid-sized industry leader specializing in cutting-edge automation solutions for Oil & Gas and Semiconductor industries. They are expanding their team to support growing business demands and are looking for a Proposal Engineer to join their Shah Alam office.

You’ll join a dynamic team of project sales members, reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager. You will be closely supported by experienced teammates to help you succeed. About the Job
As a Proposal Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing accurate and compelling proposals to support the project sales engineer team.
- Collaborating with the internal team to ensure project requirements are met.
- Supporting the preparation of technical documents and solutions based on client needs.
- Assisting in control system-related tasks and providing technical inputs for project planning.
- Occasionally communicating with customers for clarification.
Skills & Experience Required
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- A diploma or degree in engineering, automation, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of control systems or industrial automation (preferred).
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Open to fresh graduates with a passion for learning and growing in the automation field.
