about the job
- Oversee day-to-day property and facility management to maintain property value, optimize rental yield, and enhance asset value.
- Manage daily operations, maintenance, and administration, including preparing maintenance schedules, supervising the maintenance team, obtaining quotations, and coordinating with contractors.
- Handle property rentals by sourcing and screening tenants, liaising with agents, reviewing tenancy agreements, negotiating terms, collecting rent, and conducting market valuation and rental rate surveys.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations by managing service agreements and handling permit and license applications/renewals with local authorities.
- Maintain accurate records, including floor plans, service contracts, equipment maintenance logs, and contact details for tenants, residents, contractors, and consultants.
- Supervise building renovations and repair projects to ensure timely completion within budget and specifications.
- Address tenant complaints and requests with effective solutions.
skills and experience required
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the property industry.
- Experience in tenant management, tenancy renewal, rental collection, and contractor liaison is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and assertive with a proactive mindset.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
