about the job
- To oversee and coordinate the project from conceptual stage to completion
- Supervise and monitor a project team providing direction, operational support, and technical assistance.
- Implement project management best practices and implement a strong project KPI on delivery, quality, and asset performance.
- Collate, track and present project KPIs to maintain cost and contractual control.
- Monitoring financial performance of contracts (comparing budgeted vs actual performance).
- Managing project overheads, costs and compare with Budget/Cost study, suggest alterations (if required).
- Gather, track, and present project KPIs to ensure cost and contractual control are maintained.
- Monitor the financial performance of contracts by comparing budgeted versus actual outcomes.

- Ensure effective coordination with the company's technical team, including the Design & Engineering department, Methods Engineering, and Quality Assurance experts.
- Review, verify, and provide feedback on construction drawings, design modifications, scope changes, data interpretation (survey, geotechnical), site installation issues, and construction procedural adjustments.
- Implement and enforce the company’s QHSE policies and procedures, ensuring all employees understand, follow, and adhere to SF group policies.
- Ensure the quality and content of engineering/construction deliverables, ensuring compliance with Corporate and project QMS, as well as HSES procedures.
- Possess familiarity with ISO procedures and the ability to maintain and execute the relevant procedures in the work process.
- To ensure that project development progresses smoothly and is completed within work schedule and quality standards of budget

skills and experience required
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Project Construction Management or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction Industry etc. Building/Highway/Infra
- Experience in Slope engineering and geohazard mitigation tasks, from planning and implementation to completion and project close-out.
- Good communication with extensive technical knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of geotechnical and geophysical investigations, surveys, etc., along with prior experience and expertise in managing slope engineering projects.
- Project-oriented and able to handle projects independently
- Willing to travel to get involved in the entire cycle of project
