The roles that we are looking to fill are mid management to upper management within the function of Project and Technical Management. You will be working closely with your hiring manager to discuss on the role type, function and responsbility that cater to their needs within the organisation.
duties
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget estimates.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
- Lead and manage project teams, assigning tasks and ensuring all team members are clear on their responsibilities.
- Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines, quality, or budget.
- Present project performance reports to management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure the project delivers high-quality results in accordance with defined standards.
skills and experience required
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or similar discipline
- Experience working in a similar role with highrise or commercial experience could be advantage
- Competently provide key technical expertise across a broad range of projects
- Ability to interpret and communicate information of a complex nature
- Proven project management skills (achieving prescribed budget, timeframe and client requirements)
