• Ensure project commitments are met
• Plan and structure projects to achieve goals related to delivery schedules, quality, costs, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure clear and constant communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish project missions, objectives, tasks, and resource needs.
• Resolve conflicts between different projects or functional teams.
• Develop systems to track and evaluate project progress.

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Atleast 2 years of Project Engineering experience
• Strong teamwork and able to work collaboratively with international counterparts
• Able to converse and write in English proficiently.
• Proven experience in managing projects.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project software.
• able to execute and organize projects within set deadlines.
• Familiarity with quality management systems.
