the role
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance criteria.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, communicating directly with sales representatives.
- Act as an extension of the customer's management team, ensuring contract compliance and fulfillment.
- Maintain excellent written and oral communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry developments, new products, research, and concepts to maintain a high degree of technical knowledge.
the experience
- Degree in chemical engineering/mechanical engineering/electrical or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar fields (water treatment, chemical industry).
- Willing to travel to clients’ sites.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin (dealing with Chinese clients).
