• Oversee the complete lifecycle of SCADA, SAS, and CRP projects, including their design, engineering, manufacturing, testing, and commissioning phases.
• Take charge of developing standardized systems and automation tools.
• Be accountable for the financial impact of technical design choices while collaboratively working during pre-tender and post tender
• Organize and guide projects, ensuring thorough plans are in place to meet objectives and directing the integration of technical work.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality, while also identifying opportunities for better project outcomes.
• Analyse technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and evaluate the viability of projects.
• Head up and manage project teams to ensure successful completion within the designated timeframe and budget.
• Lead and manage teams comprising partners, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities to guarantee the smooth progress of projects.
• Participate in the overall conceptualization and design of SCADA, SAS, and CRP systems, including the creation of drawings and documentation.
• Supervise, manage and train team members within the Department, addressing their career growth, performance, achievements, and disciplinary matters.
• Support the monthly financial closing process and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Manage the PCR and ETS tools and provide training to new Project Managers.
• Oversee departmental goals and targets, and monitor employee performance and accomplishments.
