Oversee and manage daily production operations, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient scheduling, and adherence to planned output.
Maintain compliance with production goals, quality expectations, and workplace safety regulations.
Continuously assess and refine processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.
Provide strong leadership and support to the production team, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including logistics and quality assurance, to ensure seamless coordination and timely order fulfillment.
Analyze production metrics, identify operational challenges, and implement solutions to optimize performance.
Keep precise documentation and records of production activities, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
Contribute to the formulation and execution of strategic production objectives and performance indicators.
the experience
- Bachelor’s degree inr relevant discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
- Proficiency in Mandarin as this role requires to to serve a lot of Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Possess working experience in E&E or Automtoive Industry.
