We're looking for an experience and reliable Production Engineer/Senior Production Engineer to join a growing team for a market-leading food and beverage manufacturer!

the role
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO 22000 etc.), maintain quality standards, and oversee production processes.
- Supervise production for efficiency, quality, and output. Implement preventive maintenance programs and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
- Lead teams to identify and eliminate inefficiencies, collaborate on quality initiatives, and implement improvement strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate staff. Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and regulations. Manage environmental matters and ensure compliance with ISO 14001 standards.
the experience
- Understanding of food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO 22000 etc.), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality control principles.
- Experience in production supervision, including task allocation, resource management, and performance tracking. Knowledge of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is a plus.
- Ability to identify and solve production issues, lead teams in improvement initiatives, and implement process changes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills. Ability to identify training needs and develop or deliver staff training programs.
- Commitment to safety practices and environmental regulations. Understanding of ISO 14001 standards is a plus.
