The Product Marketing Manager will drive product planning, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives for Malaysia & Singapore. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective product launches and promotions.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Calendar & Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing strategies, aligning with regional and global directions to drive product visibility and sales.
- Product Planning & Promotions: Oversee product strategy, forecasting, SKU management, and pricing analysis to ensure competitiveness.
- Data & Market Analysis: Conduct pre- and post-campaign analysis, monitor product mix behavior, and provide insights for business growth.
- Training & Communication: Support salesforce education with training modules, promotional content, and digital materials.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Communications) and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in product or brand marketing, preferably in direct selling or beauty industries.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to develop impactful marketing campaigns.
- Experience in pricing strategy and forecasting.
