Formulate strategies for pitched roofs, including materials like concrete, clay, and other covering options, tailored to customer and market demands.
Supervise the entire process of product research, design, and marketing, encompassing both strategic and tactical aspects.
Lead innovation projects from inception to successful market launch using a data-driven and systematic methodology.
Work closely with stakeholders to implement agreed-upon strategies, aiming to meet the business unit's top-line sales and profitability objectives.
Conduct detailed analyses and reporting on product line performance by SKU, sales, region, and customer.
Offer comprehensive support to the commercial team on all matters related to the product line.

the requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales training or experience.
Product management experience in building material industry.
Experience with new product launches.
Excellent planning & organizational skills.
