In this role, you will provide secretarial, administrative and research support to the Director.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing meeting minutes, market studies, and consolidate work.
- Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
- Liaising with internal HODs and external parties
- Overseeing driver claims and overtime
- Additional assignments when necessary
about the manager/team
Working alongside another PA, you will directly report to the Director.
skills & experience required
The ideal candidate should be independent and able to take initiative, well-presented, with active listening skills and good English and Mandarin communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders. As a PA to a high-level executive, you are willing to travel, work half day/standby on Saturdays, and respond timely to Director's requests.
