Your reporting manager is an experienced digital marketer with various industry backgrounds and achievements under their belt. They are a passionate leader who embrace learning and development in nurturing their team.
- Designing and optimizing lead generation funnels on various marketing platforms to help the company achieve marketing goals.
- Meeting department wide performance benchmarks on click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates (CVR) for all Meta Ads, Google Ads, Youtube Ads campaigns.
- Manage cost per lead (CPL) KPIs, Marketing ROI/ROAS, strategizing, optimizing, and reporting campaigns performance.
- Build processes and standards that continually improve campaign lead outcomes, marketing quality, as well as timeliness.

about you
- Have a proven track record with managing budgets, planning campaigns, and generating leads (please share your portfolio)
- Minimum 3 years experience in generating leads for businesses and clients.
- Proficient in tools such as Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and etc.
- Strong people skills - to work with cross functional teams to help achieve common goals.
