about the role
They are currently looking for a few Payroll Specialists to join their team in KL. The primary purpose of which is to ensure all services in scope deliver a high-quality product within agreed SLA’s. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:-
- Manage payroll operations, ensuring accurate records and compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
- Check payroll reports to minimize errors and maintain high service standards.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries, advise on HR practices, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Lead, train, and support staff to meet objectives and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Improve payroll processes, generate accurate reports, and stay updated on industry best practices.
about the manager and team
You will be reporting directly to the Team Leader, working closely with other team members.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience. You have strong communication skills, knowledge of HR policies, ability to multitask independently, and experience with UK, Singapore, and Hong Kong payroll is a plus.
