about the role
They are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist to join the growing team. This role focuses on handling payroll for assigned countries, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Key tasks include preparing, reviewing, and validating payroll data, coordinating with local HR and payroll vendors, and resolving any issues or adjustments. You'll also generate payroll reports, manage tax filings, and handle employee queries. Additionally, you will work on improving payroll processes and manage any assigned payroll projects.

Reporting to the Regional Payroll Manager, you will be working closely with another team member.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. The role requires solid knowledge of payroll processes and statutory labor laws. Experience handling payroll for multiple APAC countries, particularly in the BPO or Shared Services industry would be ideal.
