Key Responsibilities:
Client Management
•Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
•Understand client hiring needs, business goals, and organizational culture.
•Act as a trusted advisor to clients on hiring strategies, market trends, and talent availability.
•Deliver high-quality talent solutions that align with client expectations and timelines.
Candidate Sourcing & Placement
•Source, screen, and interview candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
•Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job briefings, interviews, candidate shortlisting, offer negotiations, and onboarding follow-up.
•Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
•Provide regular updates to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Business Development
•Proactively seek new business opportunities and contribute to company growth targets.
•Attend networking events, conferences, and client meetings to expand your professional reach.
•Collaborate with the internal team to share leads, insights, and best practices.
Market Intelligence
•Stay up-to-date with market trends, salary benchmarks, competitor activity, and talent movement.
•Share relevant industry knowledge with clients to help them stay competitive in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
•1-5+ years of experience in recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition (agency experience preferred).
•Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
•Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and job mandates simultaneously.
•Goal-driven with a sales-oriented mindset and resilience to meet KPIs.
•Proficient in using recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM systems).
