- Strategic Leadership: Drive operational excellence across head office and branch networks, optimizing customer and dealer experience within a dynamic MNC MLM environment.
- Customer & Dealer Focus: Spearhead customer service and dealer management strategies, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty through data-driven performance improvements.
- Operational Efficiency: Lead end-to-end operations, including order fulfillment, inventory, and logistics, ensuring compliance and driving continuous process enhancements.
- Growth & Innovation: Leverage strategic insights to identify and implement operational improvements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
the experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position, preferably within the Direct-Selling (MLM) industry.
- Proven track record in driving operational and customer service excellence.
- Experience dealing with CRM systems and performance analytics.
- Strong communicator able to foster collaboration across different teams and functions.
