What you’ll do:
● Visit the office, access what is needed to ensure we maintain Infoblox standards and culture office and implement those standards
● Drive for APJ region the Return to Office related initiatives such as proposing and leading our Hybrid workspace strategy ● Follow up on the employee satisfaction surveys and execute remediation on feedback collected

● Document all processes and procedures for each office
● Maintain and keep current all vendor files, Purchase Orders, working with Procurement
● Create and Monitor badge access inventory for vendor/contractors and employees and assist with maintaining a keen sense of security for the building.
● Lead the sustainability, environmental and community awareness programs
● Monitor office services including snacks, office supplies, catering, and lunch orders
● Assist with event coordination including trainings, all hands meetings, onsite and offsite group events, catering, and culture club events
● Perform or manage weekly facilities onboarding and offboarding to terminated and new hire desk set up and take down ● Perform regular inventory and audit of facilities supplie
